Nate DesRosiers

Assistant Professor
Education: Ph.D., Brown University
Interest: New Testament

My primary interest is in the history of ancient Mediterranean religions. Through my background in religious studies, classics, and archaeology I attempt to reconstruct the modes of interaction between Greco-Roman traditions, Judaism, and Christianity. My overarching goal is to analyze how these political and social relations influenced and shaped the philosophies, rituals, literature, and material culture of each group.
